Egg Stand - The spiral egg stand is so stylish it will enhance any kitchen from traditional farmhouse to urban contemporary we're sure it's not just the eggs that will tempt you're taste buds. Ours is so well used we double load it and the eggs still stay in place. Not recommended though when properly filled there is plenty of room to hold 1/2 dozen eggs with 2 holders spare. Definitely one of the most used products in our kitchen but then we do like our eggs.

Griddle - The Cast in Style griddle is a product we love to use one of our favourite dishes cooked on it is the perfect steak and we would like to share the method for this with you.Deep grooves for griddle marked steak. Perfect for sausages or usedon a BBQ. The Perfect Steak. Brush your griddle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Brush your steak with the same lightly and season with a little rock salt and peppercorns if desired. Get your griddle really hot. Place the steak on the griddle. For med/rare steak cook for 7-8 mins turning every minute. When cooked place on a very hot plate and leave to relax for five minutes. For well done add 3 minutes to the above cooking time. Well done have fun cooking and enjoy a perfect steak. Can be used on a gas hob or ceramic hob however it is very heavy so care must be taken when used on a ceramic hob as if dropped it may break your hot plate.
